3D visualisation
With the system extension WinMOD-SIMLINE you get an independent 3D environment that is connected to the WinMOD system software via highly optimised network communication. This allows the 3D visualisation to run either on the same WinMOD PC or distributed across the network - and even several 3D visualisations can be connected to WinMOD in parallel.
A powerful 3D editor is used to create your 3D projects and directly integrate your CAD data. Thanks to an intelligent, table-based solution, even complex conveyor systems can be created in a structured and efficient manner - and remain flexibly customisable at all times.
CAD integration
The WinMOD-SIMLINE 3D editor supports the import of many CAD formats. This includes product-specific formats such as CATIA, SolidWorks or Creo as well as common standard formats such as STEP, IGES or JT. We also offer AML-based import workflows from ProcessSimulate and Microstation. Integrated features such as data optimisation, data reduction and automatic kinematics transfer facilitate and accelerate the creation of the virtual system based on your CAD data.
3D material flow simulation
Our 3D real-time simulation brings together conveyor systems, handling processes, robotics and complete machine sequences in a virtual environment. Components and conveyed goods are recorded with geometric accuracy in real time using light barriers, proximity switches, scanners and many other sensor types. Accumulation and stacking processes can be tested and optimised with the help of reliable 3D real-time collision detection.
Extensive 3D technology libraries form the basis: from standard conveyor technology, logistics and automotive engineering to rail systems and manufacturer-specific robots.
